If you're off-campus you will probably be out of range of campus Wi-Fi. On campus Wi-Fi is pretty universal except maybe out on the football fields or the parking lots. When you sign up as a student you get a "SacLink" account, you just use your SacLink username and password to log on while on campus to connect to the Wi-Fi system.
