Default Where in Sacramento is safe for a 23yr old female to move ?
I am moving from South Carolina to Sacramento for Art School and need some advice on where I should live. I don't know the area well at all and don't want to end up in a dangerous area.

Majin is pulling your leg. South Sacramento isn't a particularly nice neighborhood.

Could you be more specific about where you will be going to Sacramento to study Art?

Assuming its Sac State, I would look at Campus Commons, College Greens and Midtown. Davis has a pretty strong art program. If you were going to Davis, I would look at Davis itself.

If you are going somewhere else, tell me where and I will give you some more feedback.
