Default Can anyone help, looking to buy in North highlands

I am making an offer for a house in North Highlands on Buhler Way a little off of Watt Ave. From days it looks pretty nice, and we are going back on Sat. night to check out the neighborhood.
It is my wife 20 month old son and myself that will be living there.
If someone could let us know how this area is that would be great.

Thanks in advance

I would never move to North Highlands or anywhere on that side of Watt Ave, especially with a small child.

ETA: Sorry, I should elaborate a little, that came off harsh. But really, there are much safer, friendlier, quieter areas around sacramento. What is your price range? I really do not recommend North Highlands at all.
