Default Commute time?
I need to be in Mountain View (near 101) at 10 a.m. Monday. Will be starting out near UC Davis and 80 west. How much time should I allow?

Probably 3 hours. The drive is 2 hours under ideal conditions, but commute hours on 80 and 680 are far from ideal conditions.
