I have friends who live a couple of blocks from there. It's a very nice area with many new developments. The housing in the area has attracted stores and restaurants. The Club Pheasant has good food and has been there forever, and the new Ikea is close
It's a nice place to live. |

That's the same area I was looking at (off Jefferson). What is the price range? They look very nice!

I lived in that part of West Sac about 6 months ago. It was actually decent. You have everything you need in that shopping center, including Nugget Market. You can find homes 600k and up way back in there. And you're only about a mile or so away from the freeway.
Oh, and PG&E's prices are ridiculously high for electricity in West Sac! I was scratching my head how I was paying double for power in a 2/2 one level condo, than a 4/3 2 story home in Sacramento. |

That's a good part of West Sac. There's a new Target there that just opened next to the Nugget Market, and on the other side of town (next to the IKEA) a Home Depot is going in as well as a Wal-Mart (Reed Ave. next to I-80). Besides all that there's a Raley's, Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Dollar Store, and lots of other little shops and businesses not far from Jefferson and Linden (within a couple of miles).
