I love living in my Lennar solar home! The energy bill is so cheap. My neighbors are nice, there's no crime or annoying teenagers. I just can't wait for a shopping store near there.

Uhmmm maybe because the postings, at least this one is/are asking for info about Anatolia/Kavala Ranch. Rancho Cordova has a bad rap and until recent incorporation as a city there wasnt much hope in changing that image. But those of us who moved here since incorporation see a transformation from a County administered afterthought to a viable city. Residents, at least in Anatolia/Kavala Ranch/Sunridge Park, enjoy excellent schools (check out greatschools.net and research Pleasant Grove High, Katherine Albiani Middle and Sunrise Elementary), low crime, and quiet surroundings.

Welll....there was 8 posts by the same person, saying the same thing, on 8 different RC topics all on the same day!

There are parts of RC that deserve the bad rap.

Glad you like Anatolia/Kavala Ranch. It is one of the 2 neighborhoods I would choose if I wanted to live in RC. I don't. Thankfully, I was able to afford Folsom. It's closer to everything I need. Glad there is something "right" for each of us.

Default still loving Kavala Ranch

Still super happy with the Kavala Ranch community. Lennar continues to sell solar homes daily! The park will be complete fall of 2012. It's a great neighborhood and we'd love to have you has a neighbor!

I think we have a Lennar sales rep cheerleader.

So...how much do those Lennar solar homes cost these days?
