Coming to Tour California in a Van
Last summer I lived in my van/friends houses/National forests for 4 and a half months, went to 45 National Parks and 6 Music Festivals. Starting March, Im planning another trip to the west coast. I want to explore Northern Cali/Oregon and hopefully find somewhere I want to live and people that are like me. I'm way too outgoing and outdoorsy and forward minded to live in NY anymore!!!
Advice on things we cant miss??
Advice on places to Live (Away from big cities)
Can I stay with you for a night while I travel through??
Dont you wanna come along for the ride?

Check out Quincy in northern CA. Nice little town in the mountains surrounded by national forests with plenty of campgrounds. The town has sort of the feel of an upstate NY small town. Welcome to Plumas County Visitors Bureau

It sounds like Northern CA or Oregon might be a fit. All you need to determine is the climate you prefer. About the only climate you won't find is tropical. It sounds like you just need some breathing room. You'll find it here. Good luck!

Mt. Shasta, CA and Crater Lake in Oregon are must stops. Also Burney Falls in CA. They are all little pieces of heaven.

Just don't call it Cali. No one here calls it that. It really irritates some people. Unless you also say Michi, Indi, Washi, and Illi, please call it California.

I'd like to come, but I can't; I have a job. Check out Meadow Vista above Auburn CA. It's one of my favorite little towns.

Volleyballer speaks truth, visit these places! When you go to Crater Lake, take the route where you don't have to drive through Klamath Falls. Also, all those highways that cross back/forth from I-5 to 101 are beautiful drives. Enjoy yourself!

What about Texi? Is that OK?
Over all, this really sounds juvenile.
