I don't see you renting them because we don't have a lot of them for starters. Second most town homes/condos have weight/size restrictions on dogs. Unless there is a mini-grayhound breed I am unaware of, the size of your dog will make renting those kinds of units hard. We have ample small cottages surrounding the downtown core. You don't need to rent a large house. I was just throwing that that size as most people relate to a 3/2.

The Meridian is the condo complex that Steve is referring to that is close to Bush park. They might rent to you since they are having a hard time finding renters, but I think rents are going to be too much.

Actually I was talking about the one right down town across from the Carrousel by the river. But Bush Park is a great location and close to the prison for work. Both are.

They aren't renting the Rivers to my knowledge. They just finished two model units.

That doesn't make any sense. Most of the building is a shell. What the heck are they going to rent? I guess they could rent the two model units that they just finished but what tenant would agree to have to leave for showings and open houses and such.

I was just by there yesterday and the sign is up. I am not sure it is that much of a shell anymore. Have you looked into it recently?

Humm. Looking at their website, it seems they are shells.

I know the stager that helped them with the model units, but I haven't been in it recently since there hasn't been anything to go into. Considering the owner received a suspension from the Oregon BAR for commingling funds and asked the city of Salem to give him $500,000 to complete a model unit, I'm doubting those units are complete in there.
