The reason I like the idea of living in Park City is a change in lifestyle. Salt Lake just seems like it will be about the same as it is in MN. Except you will still drive 20 min to go snowboarding on bigger mountains in SLC. It would be nice to have the option to jump onto the free transportation and go to the mountain at a moments notice. Maybe my son could go after school or I could go on my lunch break

The bus stop your son could catch to the resort is just barely off of school grounds at Treasure Mountain Middle School. Every afternoon I pass it on my way to pick up my son at the high school and it's taken over by middle schoolers with snowboards. The poor high schoolers have to walk about two minutes to get to that bus stop. I don't know if you could ski on your lunch break but I do know people who manage to do that if they work really close to the resort...

if you have to think about,mortgages and whatnot...you would be better served staying put or going elsewhere.if you do not have millions in cash...well, I am rambling.
