Default Rental prices in Clearfield

I may be transferring with my company and was wondering about the housing market. I am not looking to buy at this time, merely to rent. Can you give me an average price for rentals around there? Are there any areas I would pry like to avoid? I am a single mom with a 4 yr old so safety is a must. Also, can you see mountains from where you are in Clearfield? (please, oh please, oh please) thank you.

Clearfield is a nice area. I am not totally familiar with the good/bad areas up there. I am sure that someone could chime in with that info.

Here is a link that might help you in your home search

As far as the mountains go...

You can see the mountains wherever you are along the valley! One of the great perks of Utah!

Best of luck with your move.
