The ideas in this article--as well as recent experiences of friends who are renters, real estate agents, and landlords--have us thinking more seriously of renting our house (4 BR/1BA, east of Liberty Park) rather than trying to sell it in the spring.

More feedback from this local C-D forum is certainly welcome!

I thought rent prices there were too high in the first place. I guess thats what happens when everyone starts losing there houses, they have to go rent stuff!! Its funny how slc tends to be years behind the rest of the country!
