Yeah my wife is a "go-getter" she wants to start 2 businesses in the area. Wont be till later this yr for the 1st one though.

Red Stone is areally nice area and it's like 35% vacant as well, but their rates are pretty high. Quarry is cheap by any cities standards. It might actually work better for us anyway. I've had a few phone interviews for jobs in the SLC area so hopefully we will be there soon. June at the latest.

What kind of business? Stores? I always try to shop local. Always a good policy.

She's a chiropractor and dance instructor. I know I know they're everywhere but it's what she wants to do.

Good for her. I hope she does it. You just need a good marketing plan, great advertising and good, quality service. People forget to really assess the demographics to see if they can truly succeed in their market area.

And now for the most important question....where is the best hair salon? I am assuming somewhere in Salt Lake City? Any recommendations would be appreciated :-)
