Did anyone have a power outage at their house in the Suburbs of Salt Lake today? Does anyone know what happened?

Default North East West Jordan

Our power was out for about 25 minutes from 7:15. Do not know what happened. It also was out at 1:25 for about 90 seconds last night.

No problems in Sugar House thie time, either. If you call the power company, if they know of an outage in your area, the recorded message will tell you when it is expected to be fixed.

I have to say that is one advantage of a landline, simple phone. They draw their power from the phone company through the line and will work in an extended outage (like, a week or ice storms) so long as the phone line isn't down, whereas your cell phone can't be charged up again.

Lost power in west jordan at some point last night or this morning. Had to reset most of the clocks this morning and one of my servers had restarted. This was at 90th south and 48th west.

Huge power outage in South Salt Lake Millcreek Holladay Sugarhouse area at 12:15am. Biggest power outage I've ever seen in SLC.
