Default Is RV size an issue at state parks?

Hi,
I was listening to an interesting discussion yesterday about the size of RVs entering state parks. One of the guys was saying the limit the size of RVs and motor homes to 29' or less. Does anyone know more about this topic, and where can I find more info on line? I have been searching, but haven't found any data yet. Any help appreciated! Thank you.

There is NO list with ALL the size limitations available.
You have to plan your trip and ask the particular Park if they limit the RV lengths.

Some parks do have it listed on their website
Example:
Campground & Campsite Information - Yosemite National Park

It seems that if you stay under 35 feet you should be OK in most Parks.

I have seen pads that easily would accommodate a 45 foot unit.

The *bigger* problem is that even tho the pads are long enough, getting in and out is often a nightmare due to trees ...
