Default construction in downtown salt lake city

with all the upcoming construction that will be going on for the next's few years in salt lake city i was just wondering with that maybe adding some newer business do you also think there will be more ethnic diversity moving to salt lake city area, and my other question what is the chance salt lake city of landing a major league baseball team and a nfl team to salt lake within that time period. i have a funny feeling salt lake will be the town to land both.

The struggle facing the soccer team leads me to believe that we might not be ready for a major league baseball team or NFL team. I'd support them and attend games, but only to the extent my very low Utah (SLC) wages would be able to afford tickets. Would be nice though to have the teams here. Great idea.
