Default Loud BOOM! Did you feel it/hear it?

Last night around 9pm local time there was a loud boom heard along the wasatch front and up to Rock Springs, WY. I heard it and my windows shook a little. I was in the basement & thought there was an accident on I-215 which is west of my house. It sounded more like a sonic boom I guess.

Not an earthquake, not rocket tests, no weapons or artillery training and Hill Air Force Base said they did not have any planes in the air after 6 pm.

Still not report on exactly what it caused it.

It set my doorbell off. I thought I was going crazy, or hooligans were ringing my doorbell, until I read the KSL article this morning. My husband thought I was off my rocker, but now I know I wasn't.

According to Hill Air Force Base, a B-52 Stratofortress bomber aircraft flying from Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana dropped ordnance on the Utah Test and Training Range Tuesday night, and the testing is to be continued Wednesday night. Source.

Good to know it was only aircraft noise, (we don't get any of that here)
I was going to be a smartarse and say ~~~ "It was the sound of that new Norovirus from Australia that just slammed your state"
