Depends on the areas you're interested in. I know a great guy in the suburbs who'd I'd never recommend for a city dweller, and vice-versa. Give us a little more info so we can be selective in our recommendations!

Fair enough - coming from a small town I forget the big city issues like having too many options !

Following is what we are looking for:

1. Budget is about 400k at least 4 bed, 2+ bath.
2. We prefer newer homes, largish yards (at least a 0.2-0.3 acre lot).
3. Looking for about 20-30 minute morning and evening (8-5 work timings) to the University of Utah.
4. Elementary PUBLIC schools with a rating of 7 or higher (I know its all subjective but we have to use some sort of rating).

In my limited "research", it seems like the areas would be Sandy, Cottonwood Heights, East Millcreek, Bountiful, Farmington. I know that the area closest to the University has a lot of great school but OLDER homes so we are still willing to see homes in that area and not completely rule it out because of the age of the home. So in short I guess I am looking for a good realtor who has expertise in all of these areas.

Does this give you enough information? Thanks in advance!!!
