Thanks! That's good info for me to know. We are building near the golf course that you were originally thinking of and so my children will be going to Farmington Junior High. My children need a good, challenging school. We're temporarily living in the Ogden area until our house is completed and my children have not been challenged at Wahlquist Jr High. Both of my children had to go a grade level up in math and they are pretty much bored with the other classes as they feel its a repeat to them.

I grew up near Walcatraz Jr. High, but attended North Ogden Jr. High instead. I thought North Ogden Jr. High was a fine place to prepare for High School. I went on to earn a Grad degree in College, so felt I had great teachers in North Ogden (N.O. Jr and Weber High School). I've heard that Davis High is like a constant fashion gallery with all the rich kids. Not to mention their colors are Brown and Yellow...bleh!

Kaysville was also ranked in the top 100 places to raise your family, by the bloke, Bert Sperling, who makes the Moderator cut: url website. Only suburb in the SLC-Ogden metro area to do so. Bert has been helping people find their 'best place' for over 30 years, and really knows his stuff.
