Why, you may ask? Because it is there, and I like to explore.

Approx Lat/Long coordinates: 40.849110, -112.170223

Google Maps, short URL: https://goo.gl/9Uq77k. It looks like there are Jeep trails that can be driven on.

I can't tell you, but I bet someone at one of these phone numbers can:

Entrance Booth/Information: 801-773-2941
Visitor Center/Information: 801-725-9263

The state park, okay yes. From the map I didn't think that was state park land. Thanks. I called and the guy said you can drive to a spot south of the ranch, and then from there it is 4 miles to Unicorn Point. We may not have the time for that hike, we'll see.
