Daughter is looking to move from Cedar City to SLC area to work.

Potential job is in Millcreek. They had lived in Farmington when they were in college.

Any suggestions for affordable areas to buy in? Top price is $300k. Does not have to be new construction, although that is what they prefer. Looking for non-sketchy areas.

I see new construction in Layton for the high $200ks. Thoughts?

Thanks!

You won’t be able to find SFHs new for that much but a townhome is super doable.

We just moved from one last year in bountiful in that price range. A ton of them are going up there as well as herriman, riverton, and bluff dale.
