Seriously though...your pics are very nice. Lovely views.

The only thing I find lacking in Western foliage are the reds and oranges mixed with fresh summer greens. Don't get me wrong, we have our share of yellows as well, it's just generally mixed up more here.

I do envy your fresh powder though.

Wow those are gorgeous pictures. You don't see that in Utah.

Just got back from SLC and boy was it fantastic. Took two of my friends and we went at 100% the entire time. Downhill skiing, snowshoe hiking in both Canyons. Two days we actually went skiing and then drove down a bit and hiked. I am exhausted beyond anything I can describe and now need a vacation to recover from my vacation.

Both my friends commented on how friendly everybody was and all the good looking girls in Utah. I really appreciated the laid back atmosphere even more having been away for a few years now. The Missus and I will settle down there soon I hope.

Here's a pic my friend took of yours truly near the end of a four hour snowshoe trek.
