I am looking for some kind of physical activity for my two sons, 3 and 5. I live in Clinton, UT. They definitely need to spend their energy with some physical activity. I was more looking for Olympic gym for kids, but couldn't find any, so I am open to any kind of exercise available for them. I already tried Yahoo yellow pages, internet search, clinton city website, but nothing so far!!!! I don't mind driving a little. Please help !!!!

Thank you.

Can they ride bikes around the neighborhood? Run around outside?

When I was a kid, I stayed fit, and just rode my bike through the neighborhood, ran around the yard, and just generally played outside.

3 and 5 seems a little young for a gym - is it not safe for them to play outside? and I mean really unsafe like you have no yard or your front yard faces directly into a freeway?

But that violates the bottled water principle. Why not charge for something that used to be free?

But seriously, most community rec centers have activity rooms and climbing walls for kids.

Default Kids gym

A new gym just opened up in Ogden. I saw it on the news. It's for families. They actually have equipment just for kids. They also have monitors for parents so that they can watch their kids playing in the kids gym while the workout themselves. The website is:Welcome to Family Total Health Club
It might be worth the drive for all of you to be able to go together.

EasternerDC, thank you for your input. They can only play by themselves on my backyard, and there isn't enough space for running. Riding a bike I have to be outside looking. They do that everyday, but not for long as I have to come inside. I think it's pretty safe, but another day I had a police officer by my door, carrying my 3 year old, and reported me for negleting my child just because he was outside playing with his little riding car by my neighboor. And the funny thing with this is that I had just seen him 5 minutes earlier playing, and spoke to him. So... I am much more careful now with that. It was scary!
