Default salt lake metal shredder/ scrap yards
does any one living or working near the 2 metal shredder plants there have input as to the reality of living or working near such a plant? There is a shredder plant trying to locate near us and they keep saying how quiet and safe they are, but that's not what I read on the internet. They use the Salt Lake plants as good examples of how wonderful they are and all the neighbors love them- is that true?

Gotta love the smell and sound of shredding metal in the morning.
