Default Is free parking easy to find near Temple Square?
Hi, we want to see the Temple Square & attend the sunday service for experience on Sunday oct 26 & Monday oct 27. As we will be driving, what's the parking situation in that area? Are there a lot of free parking available? We prefer free parking than for-pay parking lot, if possible. Thanks so much.

Parking is free on Sunday's at all the meters. I believe even in the garage parking too, although not positive about that one.

What service are you talking about? If it's the Music and the Spoken Word, then I beleive you need tickets (which are free). Are you LDS? If so, then you should know about the Temple itself - no regular Sunday service that I know of, temples are for other things. You said "for the experience" which leads me to believe you are not LDS; I am not LDS but there are others who can advise you better. Just hate to see you come down unprepared!

I should have added, you have to be LDS in good standing with a recommendation from your bishop to enter the Temple.
