You will find that the church out here in utah might be overwhelming for you at first. People talking about home teaching in line at Wendy's and overhearing mormon terminology when you least expect it. My friends who joined the church in NY love it here though!

ive come back to post on year after moving, and yes, being hispanic and having had live in North New Jersey for 9 years, IT WAS a culture shock when i moved here.

ive always had friends to count on, so it wast that bad but it was a big change and adjustment that i had to go through.

love it and im not moving to another state anytime soon

Default Welcome to Layton

Hi there...

I live in Layton...not far from the ward on University Park Blvd. Although I am far from being LDS, I can help you if you need info on the town. Feel free to PM me or ask here.

Layton is a really nice place to live...although its getting a little crowded. Traffic can be a nightmare during rush hour and on Saturday mornings. Other than that....everything you need is here.

I would recommend living on the east side of I-15 if possible...less traffic and fewer mosquitoes! Good luck!

Brandon
