'official' area for Holladay? (Salt Lake City, Millcreek: map, drive, towns)

Hi, I heard that even though these above addresses ‘looks’ like they are in the Holladay city, I heard that actually, the ‘official’ Holladay area is only from Highland drive and up to the east side (also 4500S and above)? Is this true? These 2 addresses are just considered in Salt Lake District? thanks.

Those addresses are both in Millcreek Township.
