Of course it's not legal, but it's difficult to prove.

Yes, it has snowed in May and June, end of September , but that's so rare it shouldnt be used to describe utah's typical winter IMO.

It snows at Halloween. Take that to the bank for the kids trick or treating.
You dont say? Isnt that the same thing I said? LOL It snows the END of October.

Maybe I'm not sure of your point.

Point it is has to be taken into consideration before buying them that hula outfit to wear for halloween. It does limit the choice in halloween outfits. Will people open their doors if your kid is dressed as a vampire or witch?

There are many creative ways to dress warmly even in that hula outfit. I do have to say that I have ixnayed a couple outfits just for the sheer reason that it was going to be too cold, but there are SOOOO MANY things one could be for Halloween. Surely children can come up with a costume that is on the warmer side (they do, and don't call me Shirley. Sorry. Just some Airplane and Leslie Nielson humor there....)

Yes, people open their doors if kids are vampires or witches. Good grief.

In my 7.5 yrs here, I've never felt judged by the LDS. I've judged some of them, in that I go ballistic when I read that the president of the church officiated over the re-opening of the Capital or that the church's leadership met with the legislative ledership prior to opening day of the 2009 session. I can work to change these things if I want to. Might take a while....

And so what if it is cold at Halloween? I've seen neighborhood witches here. That's not a valid reason not to move here.
