Hah ... stick around and you will hear more ....
That said, I think we do have a real problem here,
but as you read about all those ways to reduce this phenomenon,
you could get really discouraged.
My family is half on the heavy side, half on the normal to skinny side.
Careful observation showed that the ELEM method was the difference ....
Eat Less, Exercise More is what I think works,
but only if you do it religiously.
We also have started to cut out any *strange non pronounceable food additives*.
Hard to do actually, but it does reduce your food intake,
since you can not eat much what is around for sale then .....
Since it took the heavy side of my family umpteen years to get that way,
we realise that it may take umpteen years to get back to *normal*.
