wieght loss doctors in the area? (eat, health, weight loss)

its for my wife. she is wanting to go to a weight loss doctor, in tampa there was a doctor who did a program where they gave you a diet to stick to and you went weekely for blood tests and everything to make sure your staying healthy and they also gave b12 and multivitamin shots. A few family members did it with outstanding results and she is hoping to find something similiar in the area.. anyone know of anything?

How about weight watchers? It's not a dr. but it worked for MANY people I know. Why would you need weekly blood tests if you are eating lots of veggies, fruits, and lean meats??? Even B12...if you're eating well, you wouldn't need that. Or you could do a sub-lingual tablet which is less effective than a shot but more effective than a pill, and should be all anyone would need with a healthy diet.

we did weight watchers before, she lost about 10 pounds and was stuck there... worked great for me. I was just looking for something similar to what others we knew did in florida that worked and was healthy
