Default Lehi/Draper

Okay, so I think my relocation is boiling down to between these two areas, Lehi and Draper. Was hoping some of you all have suggestions and advice about the two areas?

One factor to consider is if you plan on spending more time in Salt Lake City or Provo (eg work or school). Both are nice cities, but I would personally want to live in Draper due to the closer proximity to Salt Lake. Check out the new development called Suncrest. It is on top of the mountain between Salt Lake and Provo. Houses start in the mid 300's and go to the stratosphere. It might snow alot more there, but I anti****te the values of the houses to skyrocket over the next few years.

I am thinking that I will be working in Orem most likely. And first off, I think rental properties would be better than jumping into a new house. Just some of the other factors.

Oh I'm sorry I was assuming you were looking for a house. I'm not familiar with rental units in Lehi. I would rather live in Lehi or a city in the Provo valley if I was going to work in Orem. I'm sorry you have to work in the bubble. My condolences.

if you're going to Orem more, i'd probably say Lehi, then you don't have to deal with the traffic over point of the mountain! But if you choose Lehi, try to pick somewhere where you don't have to travel on Main Street (goes out to saratoga springs/eagle mountain). Although they do plan to make another through street, main street is all we have right now!
