Default Advice on Finding a One Bedroom Apt. or Downtown SLC
Hi, my name is Debra and I am seeking a one bedroom apartment in the Avenues or downtown area for the first of October. I would prefer to live in an older building. I have a guaranteed monthly income and can pay between $600 to $700 a month. I do have cats. Any help that you can offer me would greatly be appreciate. mod cut: contact/soliciting info removed

Thank you! I will take your advice. I have looked for other things on ksl.com, but not for an apartment. It will be my next move.

Drive or walk the neighborhoods you like and look for "For Rent" signs. I see them all over downtown. Just saw one today at a nice-looking older building on the NE corner of 600 South and.... 500 East? Maybe 400 East.
