Can anyone tell me if there's a train from Ogden to SLC? I'm visiting shortly staying in Ogden but want to spend some time in SLC.

I'm sure the UTA website contains all this info. But, in brief you can catch the "Frontrunner" down at 24th and Wall Avenue in Ogden and ride it to Salt Lake City. In Salt Lake, someone can pick you up or you can catch lightrail or a bus to anywhere in the Salt Lake Valley. It'll cost you about $8 to ride Frontrunner each direction. Additional public transportation will cost more. During weekdays, the train runs hourly or even twice an hour. It'll be easy to know where to get off. You just ride the train to the end of the line if you are going to Salt Lake.

The light-rail in Salt Lake is free anywhere 'downtown'. If you want to go further it'll cost you.
