msfoom, I would imagine that you can find a plastic surgeon to "enhance" you with a Bionic eye!

Make no mistake there is no shortage of women here in Utah obsessed with their outward appearance. I noticed this way back in the 70's when all the girls had to have blond hair and styled like Farah Faucett. It was the first thing I noticed when I came to town. I commented to a friend who had been here and he just shrugged it off saying that's the way it is. Yeah it's good to be a plastic surgeon in Utah that's for sure.......

Is their any particular reason plastic surgery is more affordable here?

i don't have any clue how to tell if a clothed woman has augmented breasts. this sounds like a lot of supposition to me. frankly though, i don't care which of my neighbors have augmented breasts, noses, butt cheeks, or tattoos, piercings, or anything else.

aaron out.

I don't really know. Many surgeries seem cheaper, maybe b/c of lower wages for nurses, OR Techs, housekeeping staff, etc.

Just for educational purposes: a woman who has a thin frame/arms and a big chest usually - not always - has either had work done or is wearing a miracle push-up. Most people's physiques are proportional in every part.

Now you don't have to look at lots of other women!

Yes--exactly! Also, when they are too "high" or too round, it's a dead giveaway. Natural cleavage doesn't start at a woman's chin, and real breasts don't look like grapefruits cut in half and stuck to her chest.
