Gangs in Salt Lake?
I heard on another forum that there are gangs in Salt Lake. Tonga gangs and Hispanic gangs. Anyone have info. about this?

I don't think they are serious gangs. Not even the Nortenos and the Surenos... not in Utah- A Utah gang wouldn't last a week in Brooklyn. Think Elizabeth Smart and the real dudes to worry about are the crazys who think they are god. |

Salt Lake City is the "Land of the Bubblegum Gangster". A bunch of wanna-be thugs. Just stay out of the west side and you'll never encounter them.

Yeah.. there are gangs.. but Im from back east.. and they are not as organized as my people from NY or the bricks.. . so I guess I have not ever worried about them.

every major city u gonna have gangs no matter what and were u live at just because some gangs in around ogden/salt lake city/provo aint organized maybe they just pick and choose to hit up on thangs......but i think alot of cats are also just trying to keep a low-low profile......but i could be wrong because i havent been in salt lake city for a good while.
