Can someone point me to a Realtor that will spend time with there client, in person and on the phone.
I'm so fed up with these so call dedicated Realtor's that will work a deal and know what the heck there doing.
Figure most of the fly by's are gone but still so many half baked ones out there that get annoyed if you call them to offend and do a better comparision of other property so I don't have to do the foot work.
I'm the one paying the big commisions and most of them are only good at pushing the docs for the commission, not to mention they think your working for them.
Can you tell I'm feed up?
Any real Realtor's out there that are aggressive and pay attention?

Sorry for the late replay, selling, pick the wrong realitor already
After 12 days of nothing and dropping the price 20k in 12 days and the realitor went on vacation, I'm so bummed, stuck with her for a year

No - call her and tell her you want to cancel the listing agreement. Will she do it? I don't klow - if she says no, call the broker and demand a new agent. Chances are you will have a new agent on the house in less than 24 hours.
