Agreed - a Realtor can find stuff you'll never even realize was there. Lots of folks'll badmouth 'em, but a good one is worth their weight in gold, IMO.

Thank you... I have clients that have attempted to do business without the assistance of a Realtor, after my help they will never do business without one. Unfortunately there are those out there that give the rest of a bad image.... Everything with a grain of salt I spose'.

Thank y'all for your help, we really appreciate it. From the help, we've discovered that we can find a home that fits most of our needs, and we do plan to use a Realtor so that we can find the neighborhood we are looking for. We really feel that San Antonio is the place for us, we just want to make sure we're happy there.
