I fixed the thread title for you. You might be more likely to find help with this if you explain what Carelink is. The people who have something similar to it, might not know.

I Houston there are walk in, no insurance clinics in HEB, but I didn't see any here.

We used to have them Elnina but they closed them down. I liked the concept since the urgent care co pay is higher than going to the Redi Clinic. Guess they didn't too well in S.A.

Unfortunately, in San Antonio, I don't think there's a similar one in terms of what Carelink offers.

By any chance, do you have a balance with Carelink or did you not qualify for some reason?

No I don't have a balance. I was just wanted to see my options. (I always weigh my options with everything including groceries )
