Yeah I've seen Isis a lot recently on the news. What I wonder is whose butt did she have to kiss to get a guest spot on the news at noon the other day???!!! She's pretty but she doesn't seem to have that much charisma. Boring is the word that comes to mind.

Why wasn't the African-American reporter, Katrina Webber (or Jennifer Dodd or - Jessie Degollado, my absolute favorite), given a guest spot next to Mark Austin??? They've worked there longer than Isis has. Stuff like that just reeks of favortism.

Same thing with Charles Gonzalez...he's as smart as, well, a rock! Have y'all ever watched him on KSAT's weekend news?

His stupid dumb quips and banter with John Honore on the weekends make me cringe! Charles acts like some frat-guy early 20s news anchor and it's very off-putting. Be more professional, Duuudddee! (Ooops I mean, sir!)

agree with you 100 percent. Charles G never makes a mistake, never has a hair out of place. And he's quick...goes from one headline to the next. Really like his delivery --- same with Jennifer Dodd.

The only thing...seen Charles in person and boy, he must weigh all of 85 pounds. Take issue with grown men that are skinnier then me. It's just not natural (says the gal eating oreo cookies).

I think she looks a lot like Sarah Forgany on KENS. Here's a link to one of her stories.

I bet we'll be seeing A LOT more of Isis on the evening news. Why did she leave her last job? Anybody know?

She is from Robstown so maybe she likes San Antonio. Just saw her at Henry's Puffy Tacos. She is cute and really tiny.

In the Name of All that is Good and Holy! Isis Romero is the most beautiful reporter/anchor EVER in San Antonio. First she substituted for noon news othe other day..and today she subbed for 5:00 & 6:00 news. She is definetly on the fast track at KSAT. Great move on KSATs part, because she is two words. "HD Proof!" She looks flawless on HDTV. I hope we get to see more of her on a regular basis.

I think KSAT learned from KMOL's mistake by never giving anchor time to Kim Fischer. She even said that was the reason she left.

I saw her at 6. Of course, you put a lady next to that dude she was with, you can make Susan Boyle look good.

But Isis is hot. And I don't usually dig the stick-thin ladies.....
