Non-American may not be the proper term to use here. Caucasian would be more politically and ethnically correct.

American Born Chinese. Parents from Vietnam, grandparents or great grandparents from China.

Caucasion is not the correct term. What about those Americans who are black or Asian. I think the OP is asking about non-native Americans, or even Americans NOT born here. This thread could get bogged down in race and ethnicity arguments. Non-native Americans is a broad enough term.
I'm native born and 6th generation. So I don't fit the bill for the question.

I think the correct term for what the OP wanted would be "foreign nationals."

U.S. State Dept: "An individual who is a citizen of any country other than the United States."

The word that you guys are looking for is "Immigrants" (legal or illegal)

I'm one of them...
I was fishing in the Caribbean and ended up in Corpus Christi (just kidding)

Somehow it's pathetic just how "Politically Correct" this country has become..

"Free Speech" -- as long as what you say doesn't offend 99.9% of the rest of the population.

I will say it very simple: American citizen, born in Poland

Maybe it would be interesting to know who came here as a kid ( not an own choice) and who came here as an adult.
