I'm moving to SA in three weeks and I'm looking for an apartment. Im a single professional woman and heard the Alamo heights/Quarry/Olmos Park areas are safe. I haven't checked out apartments yet only seen some online, but it seems they all have bad reviews. I don't know to believe them or not on apartment ratings.com

I have visted SA before for work in the past.

What do you recommend as a good apartment complex in this area? Im willing to pay 950 for a one bedroom, to not live a place with crime or pest.

My realtor recommended Rosemont Olmos Park or the Keystone.
I'll be working in Lackland and dont mind the 25min commute

Have you looked at Sunset Ridge Apartments in Alamo Heights? I haven't been in one for several years, but they were completely remodeled in 2004. There is a small shopping center within walking distance (ice cream shop, maybe three restaurants, a CVS). If I think of others, I'll pass them along.

Good luck with the move!
