I was wondering where one can take classes to get their real estate license in San Antonio. Thanks

Here's one I'd recommend. Also, San Antonio Board of Realtors offer classes

The Columbia Institute offers Education in Appraisal, Real Estate & Home Inspection

Check Northwest Vista College also. I think they have a Continuing Ed dept that teaches Real Estate classes.

It's really buried on their website:

DEFINITELY go with "classroom" style, unless you like being bored to death. I'd HIGHLY recommend SABOR (San Antonio Board of Realtors). That's where I took all my classes and continue to go to for the yearly continuing ed. There is also Champion's School of Real Estate in SA that I've heard really good things about. (Real Estate, Loan Originator, Home Inspector and Appraiser School). However, SABOR is a bit less expensive than Champions. Both SABOR and Champions have good info on their websites about what is required to get your license, as well as Texas Real Estate Commission website. (TREC - Home Page)

Good luck!

Though it's been a long time, SABOR had be beating my head against a desk out of boredom! Hopefully that's changed. I've been taking my continuing education classes at Champions and have been very pleased with the instructors and setting. It takes a lot to keep my attention, and they manage to do it about 50% of the time (which is about 40% longer than anyone else can keep it).
