I was going through my photo albums and realized how many strips of photo booth pictures I've accumulated; it got me thinking if this little picture taker/processor even still exists.

Has anyone seen one lately? My six-year-old would get a kick out of it. We've done the booths that print out your picture, but not the ones that offer true photographs.

Off to hide the proprietary photos...

I saw a photo booth at Rolling Oaks Mall over the weekend, but didn't pay attention to what its output was. Given the increasing rarity of old-style photo processing supplies, those photo-processing booths may be nearly extinct!

What you might do is look on a photo booth machine for the name of the company that operates the computer printer style of booth and contact them directly to find out if/where they have any of the other kind.

I miss those! KMART used to have a location downtown San Antonio back in the 80s where scores of people would get their photo taken and pickup one of those frosty red Icees things before or after shopping.

Also one of the Chucky Cheese' in the city used to have one. This was back in 1997ish.
