Any suggestions for a "nicer" place to take a friend for a birthday lunch?
Preferably on the north side of downtown as we are in the SO area.
Thanks for your help!

There is a great restaurant near North Star Mall called Dough. Pizzeria, Resturant Pizzeria, Gourmet Pizza, San Antonio Pizza, Wine - Home

If it's a girlie kind of lunch Apple Annie's is a fun place to do lunch! They will give a free piece of pie to the birthday lady Apple Annie's
It's in Artisian's Alley off of Bitters!
Have fun!

You're in Stone Oak and can't find a "nice" restaurant? Something is completely wrong there.

Are they still in Artisan's Alley, or did they completely relocate to the former La Scala space at NW Military & West Ave.?
