You may want to look at glassdoor.com, salary.com and indeed.com. There is a wealth of information regarding salaries in those sites.

How is it personal lol I don't know you! please don't give me slary websites to look up I just wanna know the general condition out there from someone who actually lives there, that is the purpose of this forum after all isn't it.

Ok, I'll bite. My other half works at a tech company and makes $30k/ yearly doing help desk, does not include quarterly bonuses. I work in non profit but not in tech. I don't mind talking finance. He has some college hours and has about 3 years of experience.
