Red face I need Real Estate help

Hi everyone, this is my first attempt at a post so forgive me if I'm out of line.
I own some property in Sabinal and have had to move to northern TX . Now I have to sell my place in Sabinal and wow is it me or do the real estate agents have too many sales down in Uvalde and Sabinal??
I mean, if I were an agent..I'd jump to list a multiple listing because no matter who sells it out of the MLS I'd make money! If its a decent listing with a price under $100G I would think there would be interest in this economy.
Anyway, I'm hoping that some of you nice folks here may know a RE agent who actually has an interest in selling or renting a place out to a local. I know there are people moving out of their large homes into less expensive places. I also know that some, like me, like to work in a city but live in the country. If I could have stayed.. I would.. I love my place. Ive got some land around the structure just outside the city limits, but close enough to have city water and septic....it's a pretty sweet set up. We used to go out back and hunt for birds etc.. Well if any of you have any ideas to help out, please DO let me know. I'd really appreciate it. I can be found as texaslvr on gmail.

Good Luck. I would first look around and see who has listings in the area. And unfortunately, a $100,000 property only brings $3000 or so to the listing company and then you have the split between the company and the agent. Tack on the advertising, showings, etc. and you're not going to find too many agents interested. Just my opinion
