I just took my son to Portrait Innovations at the Forum and I was very dissappointed with the service and pictures - they basically forced us to purchase a collection I didn't want so I could get the collage I did want saying I couldn't just buy an individual sheet with the collage and the portrait package although they had been doing this in the past for me no issues - I've been going every year twice a year on my kid's birthdays.

Anyways, I'm looking for any recommendations on studios in SA - preferably on the N/NE side - to have my son's pictures taken.

Thanks!

Cody-Harris Photography. 12656 West Avenue, San Antonio, TX

Check them out. Besides the inside "real" room backdrops, they have beautiful grounds for outdoor pictures.

We tried Cody-Harris for a family portrait a few years ago and were not impressed with the experience. Felt like the photographer, some older lady, and an intern, spent most of their time bickering and set us up with some pretty uninspired settings. Ate the fee and didn't bother ordering any prints.

More recently I was researching photographers for a wedding, and the two that I still remember from the final cut are:

Bend The Light Photography

San Antonio Family Portraits | Rhobin's Nest Photography

Both do portraits and the first would have actually been our first choice if they had been available at the time.
