Even with a cloverleaf 281 will still be a parking lot during rush hour traffic. This is why people need to be able to live, work, and play all in their community and of course that falls back on city planners.

I can't believe they are just now getting around to making a cloverleaf at 1604 and 281.....needed that a loooong time ago! These developers build a mammoth housing community such as Stone Oak, without building the infastructure needed to support it. Way to build a "first class city", you numbnuts! It all boils down to money...just like everything else.
Munneh?

A new Whole Foods - not the crappy one we have now. Put it on 1604 N.

A better work ethic.

Figure out how to build roads faster than the Pyramids.

Fat people

Seriously... expand I-35 to more than 6 lanes, since 2 of them are permanently taken by 18 wheelers.

  • A grocery store in the downtown area for residents there. It's also key to drawing in more residents in that area.
  • Emissions Inspections - cleaner air has benefits across the board. I'm tired of being behind a vehicle that belches enough smoke to hide the 10th Panzer Division
  • More DUI enforcement on the roads; checkpoints if necessary.
