We have driven through the Estates at Eagle Creek and are looking at on property in particular. I've checked out the HOA web page and like what I see.

Anybody with firsthand knowledge that can tell us some pitfalls of that area that could make us look elsewhere?

Can anyone tell me if there is DSL or better yet, UVerse there yet?

Any other thoughts on that particular place would be appreciated.

I think there are certain areas of Eagle Creek that allow manufactured homes. Unless you are planning on a manufactured home, I'd stay in the section that do not allow them.

From what I understand, Eagle Creek Ranch allows manufactured homes while the place we are looking at, Estates at Eagle Creek does not.
