mwjaccountant is on a distinguished road
Default Humidity in Kerrville

My wife and I are considering Kerrville for retirement. We moved to NC 12 years ago and was dissappointed with the humidity in July, Aug and Sept. I have heard that san antonio has high humidity and Kerrville is only an hour from there.

How much humidity is there in Kerrville?--the humid areas make me hurt-- or do I have to move back to New Mexico , Is all of Texas, besides El paso humid ?

Some areas are more humid than others...but yes, most of Texas get's it's share of humidity. Kerrville get's their share as well.

In Texas,generally that's true. Altitude plays a part as well.

The humidity difference from west to east Texas is fairly dramatic right now, as you can see on the map at the link below.
