If it's Bulverde Marketplace you're referring to... They are moving dirt, fixing to lay pipe, survey stakes are out, etc. Looks likes it's a go.....

I was looking at the information on the PDF of the densities of the various communities and the number of lots in them and I realized something: maybe they were waiting until the Bulverde Road expansion was a definite YES instead of just a MAYBE before embarking on building this shopping center.

What do y'all think? I'm going to miss all the greenery there, that's for sure.

That's probably true. Same reason HEB is probably holding off on building their new store across 1604 from this place. Then again, Bulverde Marketplace did change developers a while back.
